OLACARS qualifies as an online platform under the Digital Services Act ("DSA"). The average number of monthly active users of our services is below the threshold of 45 million. Therefore, OLACARS is not considered a very large online platform for the purposes of the DSA.

We are committed to fostering a culture of transparency and open communication. Please report any concerns you have regarding a possible violation of law by OLACARS or one of OLACARS's direct or indirect suppliers. Reports can be submitted by contacting us directly at contact@olacars.com.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
